Re: Robert Latimer granted full parole (Nov. 30)
When my disabled son Logan was born compromised, the doctors wanted me to pull the plug. I refused and Logan lived till he was almost 10 years old, with cerebral palsy the result.
Tracy Latimer was 13 years old — with many of the same symptoms as my son Logan — when her father murdered her.
Robert Latimer had no right to decide who should live or die; only God can make that decision. As to getting help with Tracy, all he had to do was ask. That’s what I did for my son, and he lived life to the fullest.
