Things are looking up for ward seven tax-weary residents. Amen.
As of Monday, no one had stepped forward to challenge Ward 7 (central Mountain) Coun. Scott Duvall in this fall’s municipal election. Expect that to change soon, as Mark-Alan Whittle, who also ran in 2006, announced via Twitter he planned to file his papers on his birthday, Sept. 7.
