Kudos to the Hamilton Police Service and all those who phoned in tips that resulted in an arrest.
As a direct result on tips arising from the release of the video footage of the suspect, Hamilton Police arrested a 34 yr. old Hamilton man alleged to be involved in the indecent act in Westdale. The man was released on a Promise to Appear on charges of Indecent Act, Criminal Harassment and Mischief in Relation to Property.
Investigators are continuing to investigate and are asking anyone with information about the recent indecent act incidents to contact Det. Oleniuk, Division One Detectives at 905-546-3818 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
