...Besides, it wouldn't be fair to prosecute him for just making some noise, when we see all those other guys (Indians) getting away with some quite serious offences, just because they're Indians...
I thought this was Canada, y'know, where everybody's supposed to be equal, have equal rights... AND equal responsibilities, AND face equal consequences for equal offences...
